TPV rubber granule for rubber wetpour Rosehill Polymers TPV rubber granule

TPV by Rosehill Polymers is the next generation of colour consistent Rubber Wetpour for use indoor and outdoor in the Sports and Play Industry.  The TPV wear layer sits on top of the layer of softfall.  The softfall varies in thickness depending on the critical fall height requirements for different types of equipment.

TPV by Rosehill Polymers manufactured in the United Kingdom, is a proven and cost effective alternative to current granulates in the market place. This product is produced from a high quality virgin polymer which has been specifically designed with the end user in mind. It also offers much better colour consistency throughout, and superior UV stability to other products currently available. It currently comes in a range of up to 18 colours and 4 new fantastic sparkle colours offering both architects and installers endless possibilities for creative design when planning a wetpour surface.  Lay it on top of the softfall layer as required, to make a fabulous surface.

  • TPV by Rosehill Polymers has superior UV stability compared to any other rubber granule in the market, more appropriate to the Australian climate. It will not go white or bleed like EPDM.
  • TPV by Rosehill Polymers offers a much better colour consistency throughout.
  • TPV by Rosehill Polymers is compatible with EPDM if you do want to mix up the colours. It will also seam up to EPDM.

  • Does not contain heavy metals.
  • TPV by Rosehill Polymers requires less polyurethane binder than EPDM.
  • Has high elastic recovery therefore does not embrittle.
  • Non toxic or allergenic.
  • Made from a high quality virgin polymer.
  • TPV by Rosehill Polymers contains no moisture and is not porous like some EPDMs. This means the polyurethane cannot be absorbed by the TPV by Rosehill Polymers, therefore eliminating any foaming as can sometimes be experienced using EPDM.

New TPV Colours

Sparkle Colours

As has happened in the EPDM market previously, I would expect due to the popularity of TPV by Rosehill Polymers there will soon be inferior versions imported from a variety of origins. To assist our clients and their clients in turn we can issue a Certificate of Authenticity with all purchases of our TPV by Rosehill Polymers. In doing this we will not only ensure your clients satisfaction but we hope to reduce the possibility of these inferior products being accepted into the Australian market and harming the wetpour industry.
